Refund policy

RETURNS & DAMAGE CLAIMS

All claims must be made in writing within 5 DAYS of receipt of merchandise, supported by photos.

A 25% re-stocking fee plus any P&S expenses will be charged on all returns and/or refused shipments. Returned items must arrive in original packaging. No returns will be accepted without written authorization by Citrine.

Credits and/or refunds will be issued for claims on broken, damaged and/or defective items approved by Citrine Credits must be used within 90 days of issue date.
