Shipping policy

Packing and shipping (P&S) within the 48 contiguous United States are charged as follows:

P&S fees include warehouse processing fees (picking and packing of orders), and courier fees, and are subject to change without notice.

Citrine CHARGES AN 8% WAREHOUSE PROCESSING FEE TO PICK-UP FROM OUR WAREHOUSE. ORDER PICK-UP IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO PROFESSIONAL SHIPPERS AND FREIGHT FORWARDERS.

Our shipping prices directly correlate to the product we are shipping to you! Ceramics are very fragile and we want to ensure that your treasured goods arrive in one piece with special care and handling by FedEx. Please note that all expedited shipping services deliver on Monday - Friday only. Express shipments are, unfortunately, not made during the weekend.

For orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, there is a 50% freight cap. For orders delivering to Canada, Citrine. will ship at a 75% up-charge to cover freight, duties, customs clearance and brokerage fees.

Citrine. is not responsible for additional charges incurred

for white glove or inside deliveries. Larger-sized products require oversize cartons and may result in a higher freight cost. All in-stock orders ship approximately 1-2 weeks from date of order.
